Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unused condition.

How to start a return Email returns@freshdcards.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded except where the return is due to a defect or our error.

Return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or shipped in error, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you're returning an item for any other reason (changed your mind, gift recipient preference, etc.), you cover the return shipping cost. 

Damaged or incorrect items

 If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original condition (damaged after receipt, missing packaging) 
  •  Custom or personalized orders

Where we ship returns from

We accept returns from customers in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally and cannot accept international returns.
